I mysteriously hurt my back a couple of weeks ago so I finally bought a foam roller to massage out the muscles and, boy, is it good. I’m foam rolling basically all day now. My sister also let me borrow her weirdly-shaped massage tool that really gets into those muscles better than the tennis ball method. Is it possible to massage painful muscles too much? Because I’m well on my way.
